These terms cover your use of the inpresent app. By using inpresent, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
The licensed application agreement
inpresent is licensed, not sold, to you for use under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies to this app. Where these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA differ, Apple’s Standard EULA governs the license to use the app; these terms add the details specific to inpresent.
Using inpresent
inpresent gives you one curated quote a day, with a widget, a place to save favorites, and — with inpresent Premium — the ability to browse the full library, curate your rotation, and add your own quotes. You may use inpresent for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Please don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app or the services it relies on.
Your own quotes
inpresent Premium lets you add personal quotes. That content is yours and is stored privately in your iCloud — it is not published, shared, or visible to us or anyone else. You are responsible for the content you add, and for having the right to use it. Please don’t add content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights.
inpresent Premium subscription
inpresent Premium is an auto-renewing annual subscription, priced at $19.99 per year (or the equivalent in your local currency). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically each year unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Account settings. Subscriptions are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms; refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
No warranty
inpresent is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it reliable and calm, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, inpresent and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves. We’ll post changes here and update the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
