Privacy policy
inpresent is built to be quiet — and that includes how it treats your data. The short version: we don’t collect your personal data, and we never sell or share it. There is no account to create and no sign-in. What follows is the detail.
What we don’t collect
inpresent has no server of its own and no user accounts. We, the developer, do not collect, store, or have access to your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or the quotes you save, write, or curate.
Your content stays in your iCloud
Quotes you love, remove from rotation, or add yourself are stored in your own private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit), tied to your Apple Account. This lets your collection sync across your devices and survive a reinstall. It lives in your iCloud — not on any server we run — and we cannot read it. Apple’s handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. If you’re signed out of iCloud, inpresent simply keeps this data on your device.
Anonymous, privacy-first analytics
To understand whether the app is working and which features are used, inpresent uses TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics service. These signals are aggregate and contain no personal data — no quote text, no identity, no advertising identifier, and no precise location. TelemetryDeck is designed so that individuals cannot be identified or tracked across apps. We use this only to improve inpresent.
No tracking, no ads, no third parties
inpresent contains no advertising, no third-party trackers, no marketing pixels, and no data brokers. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not build profiles about you.
Purchases
inpresent Premium is an optional subscription processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card details. Apple provides us only anonymous, aggregate sales reports. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple Account settings.
Children
inpresent is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date above.
